The Venue
Aldworth School is located towards the centre of Basingstoke and is easily accessable via the main roads into the town.
The championships are held in the sports hall of the school which is most easily accessed by parking in the school's rear car park (access via Pinkerton Road) as the sports hall is located at the end of the rear car park (circled below). There is also parking available at the front of the school
Players parking at the front of the school will need to come through reception, out the double doors in front of you (slightly to the right) Go though and out the back of the canteen area, turn right and the sports hall entrance is located on the right.

The playing conditions are adequate for a local competition but it should be noted that the lighting is perhaps slightly lower than what would be expected of a perfect table tennis venue and flooring, whilst not classed as "slippery" is also not as grippy as what some top players may be used to.
